I’m Cranky Bat—yes, that’s my official title and no, I don’t bite (unless it’s before coffee). I’m a character artist and designer based in the wonderfully rainy city of Edinburgh, Scotland. When I’m not dodging seagulls or sipping tea, I’m deep in my creative cave, summoning strange and whimsical characters straight from the chaos of my imagination.
My artwork is heavily inspired by Manga aesthetics, drenched in bright, eye-popping colours, and packed with characters you’d probably only expect to meet in your dreams—or nightmares (the fun kind). I live for that magical moment when a scribble becomes a fully fleshed-out personality with style, sass, and maybe too many accessories.
Most of my days are spent drawing, daydreaming, and talking to myself while filming for my YouTube channel. And because these quirky creatures deserve to see the world, I slap them on t-shirts, stickers, and other goodies so *you* can carry a little slice of weirdness wherever you go. It’s fashion, it’s fandom, it’s full-blown character chaos—and it’s very, very fun.
